Last week Rex did some staging for a client in her recently remodeled bathroom! What a beautiful space!

Our last image to share from the hall bathroom at our Sunnyslope Bathrooms project. We removed the half wall to the right of old vanity, and pulled and replaced everything. The new maple wood vanity is quite the improvement! We installed quartz countertops, all new plumbing, a tile backsplash, and new lighting and accessories.

Sheetrock is up at The Morningside Modern Home Remodel, and getting taped, mudded, and textured throughout this week! First photo shows the opening to the first level, where the stairs will be. Second photo shows the shower in the full bathroom upstairs.

From The Sunnyslope Bathrooms project, the hall bath! This bathroom is considered a pull and replace level remodel, meaning there are no layout changes. We did remove a half wall between the old vanity and toilet in order to enlarge the vanity and open up the space.

From The Sunnyslope Bathrooms project - the vanity in the primary bath. Such a great transformation! The new vanity includes walnut cabinetry, quartz countertops, new plumbing fixtures, and a tile backsplash.

Blank slate for a brand new kitchen at our 1920s Kitchen Remodel!

Stunning tile shower from the primary bathroom at our Sunnyslope Bathrooms project! We love the movement in the tile - our tiler's attention to detail is unmatched!

The floor has been leveled from multiple levels to one at our Historical Home Remodel!

Introducing The Sunnyslope Bathrooms! First up we're sharing the primary bathroom. The scope here included removing the old bathroom (shown in the before photo), and framing for the new shower with a half wall, and widening the door. We moved the plumbing for a new toilet location. We installed a walnut vanity, quartz countertops, tile backsplash and a tile shower with a glass enclosure. What a great transformation!

Before & After! In the laundry room of The Cafe Kitchen Remodel, we installed cherry cabinets, soapstone counters, and echoed the blue tile backsplash from the kitchen. Opposite this view are the washer and dryer. The space can operate as an extension of the kitchen, or as a laundry room workspace. Either way, it's much improved!

Sometimes it has to get a lot worse before it gets a whole lot better! New kitchen remodel underway in this 1920s home.

Pantry storage much improved at The Cafe Kitchen Remodel. Floor to ceiling cherry cabinets with brass hardware and built in pantry system. Such a difference from the old 90's cabinetry and desk!

The kitchen addition at our Jory Hill project is absolutely gorgeous!

Update from The Morningside Modern Home Remodel! Framing is wrapping up, including the deck over the garage. This space will include an outdoor kitchen. Up next is window installation!

Progress at The Croisan Trail Kitchen Remodel! The whole space has been opened up. After demo and electrical and plumbing rough-in, drywall work was done, and now onto setting the new cabinets! We are excited to see this kitchen come together and how it will transform the main living area of the home.

Another shot of The Cafe Kitchen Remodel! We love the two tones of the quartzite countertops at the island, and soapstone on the perimeter. Beautiful!
