WODs for Dogs
Crossfit Rowan Competition August 6-7 2016. We are hosting our third annual competition at CrossFit Rowan on starting Saturday, August 8th.
It will be a two day event. Saturday will be Rx, Scaled, and Masters individual divisions. Sunday will be two person teams of Rx and Scaled, 2 male, 2 female, or male/female teams. A portion of the proceeds will be going to Kreitzers Critter Corral Puppy Rescue, a local animal rescue non-profit organization.

First heat: 845am
There is room for tents outside. Set up anywhere outside the workout area. We will be outside for the first half, then inside. We won't have a vendor inside, so there will be a little more space for spectators.
Bring folding chairs as needed.
We will cool the gym as much as possible, but plan accordingly. It will be hot.
Due to other events in Salisbury, we will not have onsite food, but College Barbecue is one of our sponosors and is right across the street. Please use them.
Come ready to have fun!!!
We are working on the heat schedule. We didn't get to start on it yesterday. Be patient people!
Deadline is Sunday 7/31 to get signed up!! Heats will be released by Tuesday. First WOD will be 9am. Check in 8-8:30am. Good luck everyone!!
