We had the privilege of celebrating Debbie's 45th anniversary with O.C. Tanner on Tuesday! She started her career at our corporate offices and worked in many areas from manufacturing to finance before we were lucky enough to have her come to the jewelry stores as our Director of Operations.

Debbie is known for being a problem solver, mentor to many, and a good friend. She is an exceptional steward of the company, and always has our people in mind when making decisions — a truly exceptional leader!
