The Maybole MJ shoe is an unconventional take on the classic heeled Mary Jane silhouette. An extended, angular new sole emphasises and exaggerates the square toe upper. The low-profile sole is marked with our signature grooving pattern, with distinctive corners around the outside of the heel. The strap is secured with a single, adjustable branded buckle.

Piet Parra: Blending Art with Fashion

Piet Parra, the Dutch artist and designer born in 1976, has gained prominence through his vibrant, graphic style that merges art and streetwear. Starting as a graffiti artist in Amsterdam, Parra evolved his distinct aesthetic into a broader artistic career, marked by bold colors and surreal imagery.

Parra collaborated with Nike for the first time in 2005, creating the Nike x Parra Air Max 1 “Amsterdam”. Since then his collaborations with other major brands like Vans and Converse have further solidified his place in the fashion world, creating highly sought-after pieces that feature his signature artwork.

Parra’s work exemplifies the innovative fusion of art and fashion, inspiring new generations and demonstrating the creative possibilities at this intersection. His influence continues to resonate, highlighting his role as a leading figure in contemporary culture.

Luckily for us, Nike and HUF are at it again.

This special edition pairs the Air Max 1's iconic mudguard with design details inspired by this partnership’s original 2004 release.
