This building has all the self care under one roof: a hair salon, a chiropractor, mental health counseling, massage and esthetics! It's beautiful and the energy is so great.

A face massage is massaging the face...it may include a hot towel or a cream/oil designed for the face, but reducing muscle tension is usually the focus. Other benefits include relaxation, increased circulation and a plump, rosey glow. These are much shorter than facials.

A Facial is an step by step ritual for skin wellness & beauty. Generally it includes a skin analysis, double cleanse, steam or hot towels, exfoliation (removing dead skin build up), extractions (cleaning out clogged pores), mask, treatment serums, face/neck/shoulder/chest massage, moisturizer and spf (if daytime). They might last 50, 60, or 90 minutes or more! Sometimes includes massage for your hands, scalp, or feet as well.
