Light Therapy Boosts Brain Healing in TBI Patients

Low-level light therapy helps heal the brain in moderate traumatic brain injury (TBI) patients.

Researchers used a near-infrared light helmet to treat 38 patients, showing increased brain connectivity within two weeks.

The long-term effects are still being studied, but light therapy shows promise as a non-invasive treatment.

This method could also benefit conditions like PTSD, depression, and autism.
