What is Qi Gong?
It is based on Traditional Chinese Medicine and the meridian system. We do slow, flowing movements and sets of exercises to help strengthen the joints, make you more flexible, help with stability, and balance. It is good for all ages. You can sit in a chair if you need to do so. Come check out a class Saturdays @ 9. We always have some kind of tea to share! $15. Walk- ins welcome

Totally forgot to take pictures last night, but my herb blend set out all night to be charged by the moon and we learned so many interesting things about herbs associated with the moon can’t wait for this next class she will be hosting them regularly all about herbs and blends so many things to learn.
