In celebration of Thanksgiving, Rosales Chiropractic Clinic will be closed on Thursday, November 23rd, and Friday, November 24th. We'll be taking this time to enjoy the holiday with our families.

Even though the Texas mask/face covering mandates being lifted, we will continue to REQUIRE the continued use of mask/face covering at each visit for the continued safety of our patients and staff. Our clinic protocol due to Covid-19 will continue with masking, temperature checks, hand washing, disinfecting, and distancing.

We will continue to monitor and follow the healthcare guidance of the CDC and WHO, and all agencies who regulate Chiropractic care as we continue to operate.
