With deep sorrow, we share the news of the passing of Dr. Bob Irelan from Dr. Bob Irelan's Veterinary Services. Dr. Bob’s was the 30th practice to join AmeriVet in 2018. Dr. Bob devoted his life to the well-being of animals, offering compassionate care and support to pets in his community and their families. His legacy of kindness, expertise, and love for animals will live forever in the many lives he touched.

Today, we mourn the loss of a true internet icon. Kabosu, the Shiba Inu behind the beloved Doge meme, has crossed the rainbow bridge at the age of 18. Kabosu brought smiles, laughter, and warmth to millions worldwide.

Her owner, Atsuko Sato, shared that Kabosu peacefully passed on May 24th after bravely battling leukemia and liver disease.

Rest in peace, dear Kabosu. Your spirit will forever live on in our memories and the joy you brought to us all. 🐾❤️

We want to take a moment and recognize Molly of Lodi Veterinary Care - Companion. Molly is an Appointment Assistant Technician and is headed to UW-Madison School of Veterinary Medicine this fall!

Molly's journey at Lodi Veterinary Care started as a Technician Assistant and has made her way up to a non-credentialed Technician as of June 2021! We are very excited for her and wish her the best in vet school!
