🥰This patient of Dr. Decherd's not only had several babies, but also had recently undergone weight loss surgery. After losing around 100 lbs., her skin had lost elasticity, and her implant pockets and abdominal wall had been stretched out. After consulting with Dr. Decherd, she decided on a full abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) and an implant exchange. Every patient has different goals, and she was pleasantly surprised that a Mastopexy wasn't imperative for her to achieve her goals for her breast. Dr. Decherd switched her implants from saline to 485cc high profile silicone gel implants. He was able to work on the inside of the breast pocket to raise the implants for a more youthful look and better cleavage. He plicated her abdominal wall 8-9 cm and removed excess skin. She is very happy with her results and so is Dr. Decherd!

Big win in Tuscaloosa!

This very pleasant patient consulted with Dr. Michael Decherd wanting to restore lost volume to her breasts following pregnancy. She wanted to achieve a fuller look, and increase by a couple of cup sizes. She went through the sizing process with Dr. Decherd's staff, and decided on 580 cc extra full silicone gel implants. She feels she achieved the look she wanted and is over the moon with her results!

Time for college football!

🤩This patient is a mother of five and was finished having children. She sought the expertise of Dr. Michael Decherd to restore youthfulness to her breasts and to repair her abdominal muscles and remove loose skin. Dr. Decherd performed a breast lift with augmentation using 520 cc full profile silicone gel implants. He repaired the abdominal muscles by sewing up the fascia 8-9 cm and removing excess skin. Her scars are still in the healing stages, but will fade over the next several months. She was very pleased with her outcome and with the entire process!

This young mother of two felt she lost breast volume after breast feeding. She wanted to restore this volume, and add a bit more to achieve a curvier look that still fit her small frame. After consulting with Dr. Decherd and his staff, she decided on 445 cc moderate profile silicone gel implants. She now feels she looks more proportional and feels more confident in her clothes. Hair! A lot of people have had thinning hair, especially after Covid… In the first picture, you see a hair going into a follicle with a lot of oil. You can also see an area of oil with no hair. By cleaning out some of the oil out of these follicles, some of them will rebound, especially when you add some peptides and what not as well. We use our Hydrafacial machine to do this. You can physically see the discolored stuff they remove… It’s pretty cool!
