Jack my Son requested a potato soup bar for his birthday, and it was so!! Had to gussy it up with some delicious sea urchin that from Bear Foot Gardens gifted me, thanks Chef they were delicious!!

Was inspired to cook something warm and delicious on this cold and blustery morning. Took some basic ingredient, some leftover spaghetti, and the ghost of rotisserie chickens past and hooked up a peanut sauce.
Been wanting to do a really nice savory peanut sauce with tons of umami and cravability. Fried up the spaghetti and chicken in some sesame oil and butter until it had crispy bits and pieces. Then tossed it with fried garlic and fried shallots, green onion, and sesame seeds. Total bangin breakfast on the cheap, turned out great!!

I’ve had a ton of people reach out to me about how they can help in Uvalde, Texas because of the horrible tragedy at Robb Elementary.

Myself and some of the members of the local San Antonio chapter of The Texas Chefs Association delivered a couple trucks full of water & Gatorades donated by various organizations including the San Antonio Spurs & South Texas Cuisine and what we realized is that Uvalde has been inundated with so many people that we figured it’s best to stay away for the moment.
That being said we are in contact with some folks from Uvalde, Tx including the First State Bank of Uvalde and the SSGT Willie De Leon Civic Center (where we dropped off our donations). They gave us this information.
