Got this last year. Always wanted a dog memorial tattoo and sadly I can’t get them all. Still a work in progress, but a beginning. Jim is on the bottom, the dog that changed the trajectory of my life (and one of the gooddest dogs there ever was) and Lizzie the most Badass Bitch I have ever met, she was my ride or die and I know she’s minding my pack for me at the Rainbow Bridge. Anyway, I was thinking of Jim and I wanted to share this because I love it!
If you want an amazing tattoo from a true artist seek out Milton Holbrook. He and his family are excellent people and I cannot say enough good things about them.
Here is a story to say just how amazing Jim was. Because of him I started my career working with dogs. Many years ago I had some clients and I admired their tattoos. That’s how I met Milton. Well chatting with him I found out his wife was big in La Leche and studying to be a midwife… Fast forward a couple of years and we are adopting our kids. I really wanted them to have breast milk as much as possible because they had issues with formula. I reached out to Milton, who got me in touch with his wife and viola I found donors for the first year we had the girls. I believe that has kept my girls really healthy. All because I picked up a stray puppy named Jim. Everyday the dogs change my life for the better, and have given me a purpose. I hope everyone is blessed with a beloved pet.
