The Barbecue Station is seeking full time and part time help. 20 - 50+ hours. The current open position is 1:00 - 6:30pm Monday - Saturday. More hours are easily attainable depending on your abilities and work ethic. The main responsibility will be cash register work and some kitchen help. Additional duties will include (but are not limited to), dishwashing, kitchen prep, bussing tables, general cleaning, etc.

We are always looking for meat cutters as well!

Most of our employees have been here 9+ years with 2 over 29 years which speaks well to how we treat our employees. Must be a hard-worker and must be punctual. All employees must be able to perform in a fast paced environment and be able to work well in a team environment with a positive attitude. If you're looking for stability, this is it - your schedule never changes week to week.

Additional money can be earned working catering gigs for those that show potential.

We are closed all major holidays and close for 1 1/2 weeks in July for vacation.

You can expect over $15.00 / hr after tip outs and we pay weekly.

Diamond is a second generation employee here at the store. You may not see him up front too often but rest assured he’s in the back holding down the kitchen. He’s one of the hardest workers we have and we’re sure lucky to have him! Congrats buddy on 10 years!

We're looking to add another manager to our team. This position will work in tandem with another long-time manager of 28 years. This is a "working" management position. You'll be required to start fires, cook, slice meat, cashier, hire/fire, clean, trim/season meats, stand for long periods of time, lift over 50lbs, work alongside & with the owners, etc. This is a Monday - Saturday job with +/-49-50 hours - closed Sundays. Schedule is 11:00am - 9:30pm one day and 7:30am - 2:30pm the following day rotating along with our other manager. Candidate must be a quick learner, possess exceptional customer service skills, punctual, be proficient with a knife, etc.

We're a small mom & pop bbq store that's been in business for over 28 years. We're proud that we didn't layoff anyone or cut any hours during the pandemic. 7 of our 14 employees have been here over 10 years with 3 over 26. We're closed Labor Day, Memorial Day, News Years Eve at 2:00pm, New Years, Christmas Eve at 2:00pm, Christmas and day following, Thanksgiving and 2 days following, July 4th, and 10-11 days in July for vacation.

Pay is 50K - 55K (includes monthly profit sharing) and we pay every Friday. Prior management experience is necessary.
