Hey guys, new class is coming up! 👏🏽👏🏽

ELDOA Class for the spine.

This is my all-time favorite class to teach.

Because I absolutely love 💕 this method of bodywork (ELDOA, you are my Valentine!)

As a client, I love how these exercises have changed my body. And as a fitness professional, I love how it has taught me how to think, making me a better problem-solver for my clients.

I took one class about 7 years ago with and knew I had to do these exercises every day and wanted to learn everything about it (and I have 😝).

Fitness professionals and all clients are welcome to take the class!

This work is excellent for anyone who wants to make changes in their body, whether due to back pain, nerve pain, or just someone looking to keep their spine strong and healthy.

The class will focus on exercises for some main areas of the spine:

L5/s1- the area of your spine where the force of the ground meets the force of gravity pushing down on you and a common problem area.

T8/T9 and T6/T7 (middle upper back)
An essential point of rotation for mobility when you run, walk, hike, swim, etc.

C4/C5- the middle of your neck. Not only does this area of the spine keep your diaphragm alive ( we also touch on the diaphragm as an underused muscle and how it can help you), but working on proper neck alignment helps to reduce shoulder and upper back pain ( it’s all one complex and if you work it as such you’ll see a major difference in progress 🙀)

Start low and build up to your goal with consistency.

Tuesday's Nov. 7th - Dec 5th - ON ZOOM
6:15pm - 6:45pm Est
30 min. REINFORCEMENT STRENGTH CLASS

6:45pm - 7:30 pm Est
45 min. MYO-FASCIAL STRETCH CLASS

In the reinforcement strength class, we will target major postural muscles and build up your sets, with 3 sets of 50 reps each- rhomboids, glute meds, serratus, etc.- as our goal to stay strong and in good form ( look intimidating, but you'll get there sooner then you think;) .
Then the Myofascial stretch class will cover all muscle fibers, including multiple stretches for commonly tight muscles like hamstrings. Afterward, you'll feel worked, stretched, and ready for a restful night's sleep.

A match made in heaven. 👼🏽
Getting manual treatment combined with exercise is the best thing you can do for your body to keep yourselves healthy, mobile, and strong.
I had a great afternoon working with and , showing these talented (PT,Chiro,OT, Cranial Sacral) professionals all about Pilates, ELDOA and Myofascial stretching.
