We talk a lot about Private Training Sessions here at inBalance and it's because we truly see the benefit. Whether you are wanting to gain more body awareness and comfort on the reformer before jumping into a group class, or wanting to try more advanced and challenging moves that you might not get in a group class, private sessions may be just what your workout journey is missing.Take Marty for example. Marty came to inBalance 3 years ago after a nasty ankle injury kept her from her normal workout routine. Marty worked with our instructor, Aubrey to slowly build back her strength while doing exercises that she COULD do through her recovery. Marty and Aubrey worked together through one other surgery...yes Marty continued to come to her weekly sessions even in a cast.
As Marty continued to improve, she felt confident to move into group classes taking what she had learned in her private sessions on how to modify where she needed. Aubrey and Marty now meet 2x a month for private training while Marty also takes classes 4x a month. It's perfect blend of getting just what Marty needs (and as a doctor she is able to schedule those sessions around her hectic work/mom life) while also being able to enjoy the benefits of group classes.

There isn't much better in the sweet summer time than more classes for you to choose from at inBalance!Pretty soon you will see FREE Apprentice Mat Pilates classes on the schedule as our instructors-in-training start teaching! Attending these classes allow our trainees to get the use to teaching to a room full of people and work through flows. Why not take an extra class when it's FREE!
Our beloved Sam is working on her Reformer Instructor Training. You can know join her apprentice class every Monday at 10:15am! She will also be subbing for other instructors throughout the summer.
And soon inBalance member, Millie, will be adding Apprentice Reformer classes to the schedule.
Apprentice Reformer classes are free to our annual members. (Reach out to Aubrey if you have an issue with signing up). If you hold a 10 class pack, Special package, or month-to-month option, or have yet to attend inBalance, you can take Apprentice Reformer classes as a discounted rate! Drop in classes are $20 and a 10 class pack is $185.

Our Story
inBalance was created by fitness expert and instructor Hope Pedraza. The goal? To give people an opportunity to love movement as much as she does, and provide them options for classes that they will find nowhere else in town. She wanted to create a space to inspire people to nurture their body and their soul, and to provide a sense of belonging and community with students. Classes at inBalance rely on a variety of proven methods that take students out of their comfort zone, strengthening the body and improving flexibility by developing a balance that utilizes a fun and focused approach to movement, and all of this is done with top-notch instructors. inBalance isn’t here to create a fad dedicated to fitness. We aim to create a lifestyle that demonstrates a love of movement and prides itself on connecting the mind, body, and spirit for wholeness.
We offer all styles and levels of yoga, Pilates, and group reformer classes. We also teach more high-energy classes like our signature classes like BARRE, BODY, BOUNCE, TONE INTERVAL and BARRE SUSPENDED, as well as TRX and Piloxing. But at inBalance the classes are merely the beginning of your journey.
INCLUSIVE: Our instructors are real people, just like you. And they’re dedicated to you: they were trained here, they stay here, and they’re always your workout partners. They’re not standing around barking orders, they’re working out with you! Each class is modified to YOUR level and where YOU are when you walk in the door; no expert knowledge of fitness needed, we meet you where you are. Everyone is included and everyone is welcome.
INNOVATIVE: Most commercial barre studios and franchises teach a barre method that was created over 50 years ago. inBalance barre was created by the owner, Hope Pedraza, to incorporate more muscle groups using actual ballet and dance movements in a cardio and interval style workout igniting your metabolism. After seeing the effectiveness and popularity of inBalance Barre, Hope Pedraza took the same approach and her methodology to develop even more ways to work the body to create 4 more inBalance signature classes. Our classes are designed to progress, change, and evolve over time so that you are always evolving, never plateauing. In addition to the 5 signature classes, inBalance classes that build a foundation for movement, as well as opportunities for recovery, with yoga, mat pilates, and restorative classes.
