Responsibilities

-Greet and direct customers

-Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing, etc.)

-Answer customers’ questions about specific product

-Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing

-Cross-sell products

-Ensure racks are fully stocked

-Process and prepare merchandise for sales floor

-Manage returns of merchandise

-Coordinate with the retail sales team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)

-Inform customers about new merchandise, discounts and special offers

-Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager

-Stay up-to-date with new products/services

-Perform various cleaning duties to keep location in a clean, presentable state.

Skills

-Proven work experience as a retail sales representative, sales associate or similar role

-Understanding of the retail sales process

-Familiarity with consumer behavior principles

-Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures

-Basic math skills

-Track record of achieving sales quotas

-Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships and a team player

-Ability to perform in fast-paced environments

-Flexibility to work various shifts (opening, closing, weekends, certain holidays)

-High school degree

-Extremely reliable and punctual

-Ability to lift at least 20 pounds and stand for an entire shift

-Interest in motorcycles is a plus

Pay:

- Hourly + commission

- Parking paid by company

Hours of operation:

Monday through Saturday 10 AM to 7 PM

Sunday

11 AM to 6 PM
