Valentine/Galentine’s Day brunch idea! I’m guessing you watched Taylor Swift’s boyfriend win the Super Bowl last night, so you’ll be celebrating Valentine’s Day on Wednesday or this weekend! I worked with to bring to life some of the recipes in Cooking with Color and these Chocolate Sprinkles Waffles with Marshmallow Whipped Cream were amazing! They’re so easy to make for your loved one, just mix up all the ingredients and pour them into a hot waffle maker! For the whipped cream, blend in a standing or handheld mixer until loose peaks form!

FOR THE WAFFLES

1½ cups all-purpose flour
½ cup sugar
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
2 large eggs
1 cup whole milk
4 tablespoons butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon orange zest
¼ cup chocolate sprinkles, plus more for garnish

FOR THE WHIPPED CREAM

1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 7-ounce jar marshmallow fluff
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
