Hey, Life Center family.
I hope y'all are ready to take your fitness and faith to the next level because we're about to kick off. Not one but two fitness challenges and trust me, you don't want to miss this. First up, we have a 5K a day step challenge. That's right! Four weeks of 5000 steps a day. But don't worry because there will be a chance to win a $50 gift card to cafe organics and some merchandise from my activewear brand. "Limitless Savage."
Now for my warriors who like to take it to the next level, we have a workout street challenge. That's right! Four weeks of straight up grind with an included workout plan. The workout plan is optional but consistency is key! You know what they say.
If you stay ready, you don't gotta get ready. The prize $200 cash plus a "With God.
All Things Are Possible" hoodie from my brand "Limitless Savage." Both plans come with a grocery list and a diet plan to keep you on track rules will drop soon.
