What a wonderful transaction. The relationship between me the sellers and their amazing tenants made this a seamless transaction. All parties involved were wonderful to work with!

Just Sold! We recently sold this manufactured in park home after just a few weeks on the market. The first week was full of buyers but no offers… but the market shifted the following week due to this being the only available home left in the community. When the other homes all closed, the buyers all turned to this one submitting offers and interests all at once selling at full price.

What an experience helping this wonderful family but there first home!

Originally listed at $3 million, we were able to negotiate a great price at $2.5 million! Secluded in the canyon and surrounded by an abundance of nature, I could not be more thrilled for them.

Sold! It was an absolute pleasure working with this amazing couple to buy their first home! I appreciate their patience and trust during this transaction as we had to go to long route!

Using an FHA loan meant me had to get FHA spot approval to close which ended up being a long process and required working closely with the HOA to get over any bumps that came along. The big bump was that the HOA’s insurance had to be changed slightly to make it FHA approved… with many phone calls and tough conversations they agreed to change their policy!!

I have to give the biggest shout out to who was the major factor in those conversations with the HOA and getting this home FHA approved. He went above and beyond and really made the difference. Thanks Christian!
