First post in a while but we went up to Santa Margarita near San Luis Obispo and spend some time with my family and I’m honored to say that our Boudin Balls made it on the menu at my uncles restaurant where it all started almost 20 years ago . Meant to do this a while ago but this was the taco that we featured for Tacotopia put on by . “The Kalua-Nita’s Taco” : Crispy Smoked Pork on a Corn Tortilla with a Garlicky Cilantro Slaw, Pineapple Chutney w/ Roasted Reds, Scallion Garnish and topped off with our Gochujang Teriyaki Sauce. Huge thanks to with for helping us create this taco. We couldn’t have pulled it off without him.
