It is with a heavy heart. We announce that Twiggs, bakery and Café has closed both of its locations. We do know that the word has gotten out but we still are getting a lot of people who do not know yet. We wanted to make the official announcement so that hopefully everyone will see.
we apologize that we were not able to post this before the actual closure happened however, the person who runs the account (me! The head cake decorator ) was out of the country when the closure happened and was not able to update everyone.
Although the closure was very abrupt and unexpected, we would like to thank everybody who has been a customer and has supported Twiggs over the last 30 years. Your support means more to us than you could ever imagine.

As many of you know, I’m also Board Trustee at Sweetwater Union High School District. Today, my 10th grader and I helped raise the Pride flag to commemorate Pride Month for the first time at our district. It was a moving commemoration and promise that all LGBTQ+ students and staff will have an inclusive and supportive space in our district. We continue to support our community! Happy Pride Month!! 🌈
