Palm Springs Cocktail Gorgeous cocktail recipe made with fresh grapefruit and lime juice and bubbly club soda. This delicious, fresh cocktail recipe is easy to make!

Ingredients:
• Fresh grapefruit juice
• Fresh lime juice
• Vodka or gin
• Cointreau
• Ice
• Club Soda
• Garnishes: jalapeño slices, grapefruit peel and/or hibiscus flowers (if you’re feelin’ fancy)

Steps: Combine all the ingredients, except the club soda and citrus garnishes, in a cocktail shaker.

Shake and strain over two pretty cocktail glasses filled with ice.

Add club soda for a dash of fizz, if you wish. Garnish the drinks with jalapeno slices and grapefruit peel twist.

•Ingredients
• 1 1/4 ounces light rum
• 1 1/4 ounces dark rum
• 2 ounces pineapple juice
• 1 ounce orange juice, freshly squeezed
• 3/4 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed
• 1/2 ounce grenadine
• Garnish: maraschino cherry

Steps

1. Add light rum, dark rum, pineapple, orange and lime juices, and grenadine into a shaker with ice, and shake until well-chilled.

2. Strain into a Hurricane glass over fresh ice.

3. Garnish with a maraschino or brandied cherry. 1 1/4 ounces light rum
