Ollie had a blast today playing fetch with his new friends he just met.

Ollie would love a family that has another dog, is home more than away and enjoys walks. Fetch is must.

When other dogs are snarky to him, he moves away from them. He grew up playing fetch at dog parks. He is not swimmer. If you have a pool, he most likely will avoid it.

Read more about him on our website. Labrescuers.org

2 Decades of Dedication.
Our Mission
Labrador Rescuers was established in 2004 to rescue, rehabilitate and re-home stray, abandoned and unwanted Labrador Retrievers and Lab mixes and make it possible for every dog in our care, regardless of age or health issues, to be adopted into a safe, happy and loving forever home. We proudly work to especially help labs who have come into sad circumstances, and provide those dogs with the medical care needed. We work carefully to get to know our dogs and our applicant families, through fostering dogs and in-home interviews, so that we can facilitate a mutually fulfilling adoption outcome.

Labrador Rescuers is a 100% Volunteer run nonprofit. Thank you to all our Volunteers out there making this possible! It takes a village. We appreciate you.

Tickets to our annual fundraiser are on sale now. We would love to celebrate with you. Get your tickets today.

Meet Peaches! This sweet girl is an approximately 1 year old Labradoodle Mix. Peaches was in a shelter, microchipped but no one came to claim her. She seems to be a bit shy around new people but warms up once she feels safe. We are just finding out more about Peaches. Please check back on our website for updates and new pictures.

Are you thinking about adopting a puppy? We have another one joining our rescue. Bear is an energetic Black Labrador who is approximately 4 months old. He has a beautiful shiny coat and big puppy feet. This boy is showing us his good manners. Bear was interested in playing with the cat he met and has been good with the dogs he has spent time with.
Please keep an eye on our website for updates about Bear and more pictures to come soon.

We have puppies! Archy is an 8 month old Chocolate Lab. Jagger is a 5 month old Black Lab. And Gus is a 3 month old Yellow Lab. These adorable pups are all available for adoption. You can see more cute pictures and read more about these boys on our website https://www.labrescuers.org/meet-the-dogs

If you see a dog you are interested in and you are already approved, please notify your Home Visit Rep.

Sometimes people see one of our posts or notice a dog on our website and send us a message stating, "I am interested in that dog" or "How do I apply for that dog?" We love hearing from you but there are steps to complete before meeting a dog. If you are considering adding a furry family member the best thing to do it complete an application. You may not know that you can do that first before you have found a dog you are interested in meeting. That can get the process started. We need an application completed and then a home visit.
We want to work with you to find the best match for you and the rescue dogs. https://www.labrescuers.org/adoptionprocess

Please let us know if you have any questions.
