Are you a new mom? ​​​​​​​​​As wonderful as this experience is, being a new mom can be overwhelming.

Here are some tips to help you navigate this beautiful journey:

1. Create a feeding and sleeping schedule to help you and your baby get into a routine.
2. Ask for help when you need it – it's okay to rely on your support system.
3. Take short naps whenever your baby sleeps to stay rested.

Slowly getting back to the swing of things here in San Diego. Jet lag has been a beast to deal with but we’re doing it!

How’s your summer so far?

We said goodbye to my dad last week. And it’s been a whirlwind of emotions the last few weeks which is why I’ve been very quiet in here.

We head back home in a couple of weeks and I hope thing will go back to normal then. I’m now booking sessions for mid- to end of July and on. So if you’re looking for a session let me know and I’d love to get you on the books!

Life sure is a rollercoaster. You won’t always know what to expect.

Being a mom is the exact same way. One moment your kids are the sweetest thing ever giving you hugs and kisses. The next they’re biting your nose and climbing all over you to sit on your head.
