San Diego Chorus
The San Diego Chorus competes in and performs award-winning, 4-part a ca****la harmony.
We are a chapter of Sweet Adelines International, a non-profit organization of women singers around the world.
Our singers often express feeling as though they have "Found their people," when they become members of the San Diego Chorus! Award-winning, 4-part a ca****la harmony is the heartbeat of our nonprofit performing arts organization. It knits us together with a shared goal of musical excellence honoring this amazing artform.
In the midst of that, our members also discover joy and personal growth through skill-building, creative expression, performance and leadership. Countless memorable moments and deeply rooted community is what keeps people returning season after season.
We're preparing to compete on the International Stage in 2024, so it's an exciting time to say YES! to 4-part a ca****la harmony. Could there be a more beautiful sound than quartets from across Southern California warming up at Club 21 Association of Region 21 Quartet Champions SoCal Stage Day? We think not!
Hosted by our 2023 Golden West Region 21 – Sweet Adelines Champions Solo Voce with coaching from Queens Kim Vaughn Vocals, Pam Pieson and Bonnie McKibbon, attendees boldly jumped into a full day of interactive quartet building events, including coaching, voice matching and so much more.
Quartetting in Region 21 has exciting things ahead in the year to come, including one delightfully delicious new quartet that emerged from today’s quartet matching exercise. Harmony for all in 2024!

Today the magical singers of the San Diego Chorus paid a visit to the beautiful Admiral Baker Golf Course to perform for the San Diego Education Association Retired (SDEAR) Holiday Luncheon.
Our 30 minute set was extra special because it was the first small group performance for Julie Wickstrom, one of our newest Bass singers! Look for the golden jingle bells in each picture to spot Julie in today’s ensemble.

The magical singers of the San Diego Chorus are out and about in the community this Holiday Season entertaining and spreading cheer! Today we got to sing at the Norman Park Senior Center in Chula Vista for the South Bay Parkinson's Support Group holiday luncheon. We had a wonderful visit and there were even a few teary eyes amid the smiles during our 25 minute performance.
