I am very excited to announce the launch of Trio Coaching Academy. I have the most amazing co-founders. Dawn DeFrancesco brings her expertise in instructional design to create richer instruction in ICF competencies. Chelsea Adell brings her educational and professional expertise in venture startups to ensure we not only provide coaches with the skills they need to add value during a coaching call, but also the skills they need to run their unique coaching practice.

After completing my ICF PCC certification, I used my knowledge from over two decades of integrative whole health to advance personal growth and help students and clients discover who they are, to uncover what they can do. I joined Trio because evoking awareness in others starts with evoking awareness in yourself. At Trio Coaching Academy we create a space where you can truly embody the coaching mindset for self, for practice, for life.

The three of us founded Trio based on gaps in the coaching education market and the unique expertise we each bring to the practice of coaching. The result is an insightful space to learn coaching skills, discover your potential, and envision future opportunities.
