Wait. What the heck? Who’s that behind the bar? Tina dropped in and we just had to test out her pouring skills to make sure all that hard work stuck. Well, stuck it did. She nailed that line.

So good to she Tina, Ashley, Maddy, Sabrina and the crew.

So, right before lockdowns we were crushing it. Tiger was on with , BLAH was the best brew pub in town, was the best jazz venue in SD and life was good. All of what we had set out to do was lining up. Delivering the best quality food & drink to our community has always been priority #1. Now, in a post pandemic world we’re back at it. We just wrapped up RIP!TIGER! 12th anniversary, Panama 66 9th anniversary and we’re heading into BLAH 15th anniversary. We couldn’t be more stoked. Thank you for all your support and thanks for supporting your neighborhood local. It means so much!!

Was in doing some fun stuff on our night off and was reminded of how lucky we were to find this original billboard 15 years ago. When we got it, it was basically brand new. We mounted it on the wall of our original smaller space thinking it would never move. Then, a little over a year later we expanded and had to basically cut the drywall off the wall to save the billboard. Man, was it worth it.

This week we’ll be open normal hours on Wednesday, closed Thursday and back open for the weekend.

So stoked to have Chef Sharon spend a little time in the BLAH kitchen this week to work with Chef Jaime on the specials for this weekend’s RIP!TIGER! event. When Jaime first came to us he worked under Sharon when she was Chef at T!T! before she moved over to run the kitchen at Panama 66. Jaime later took over as T!T! chef and kept the love going in the kitchen. Jaime left us for a while, but he’s back as BLAH Chef and killing it. Having them collab this week to honor T!T! is f’ing awesome. Friday at 5pm we’ll release a slew of 🐯🐯 specials including Pork Belly and Tofu Banh Mi Pizzas, Tiger Curry and Poutine Fries, Clam Chowder and Sharon’s Beeramisu.
