This was inspired by a classic chinese dish called “Claypot Rice” traditionally this dish is made with white rice & cooked in a claypot for crispy rice at the bottom.

But here at Gourmei Meals, we made it slightly healthier by making it with brown rice instead!

Teriyaki Turkey Meatballs w/ Broccoli & Brown Rice!!

This one is definitely on of our popular dishes. What makes our meatballs so special? We use egg whites & oats to make it extra juicy & soft 😉

This meal right here is screaming summer time! BBQ Chicken with corn, peppers & a baked potato 👌🏽

Perhaps the best Kale Chicken Caesar you’ll ever have.

The dressing is made with yogurt for extra probiotics & instead of croutons we made a parmesan crisp!

Inspired by a Vietnamese dish called “bun cha” traditionally made with fatty pork but we put our own twist on it by using those same flavors & replacing the protein with ground turkey!
