From concerts to private events, there isn't anything this venue can't host. Feel free to message us for a private tour. We just can't promise that wine tasting won't be involved as well.

A feast for the eyes as well as the stomach: our Herbed Chicken Ballotine, coupled with the flavors of Tokyo Turnips, Roasted Grapes, and Whole Grain Mustard Chicken Jus. We love an hors d’oeuvre that’s just as beautiful to look at as it is on our palates…ever looking to evolve artistically with both our design and our flavors.

This IS our circus and these ARE our monkeys—at least, in banana crème brûlée form!

We were delighted to participate in the Grand Opening of Gateway Pavilion vintage circus vendor showcase with , where we torched our treats right at our station, welcomed guests with golden gilded pretzels hanging from umbrellas, and sent people on their merry way after trying some PEPPERONI PIZZA flavored cotton candy. A little spectacle to shake up the everyday! We were surrounded by golden circus animals and forgotten fortune telling accoutrements, and we had just the best time. Thank you to everyone who came out under the big top with us!

The sunshine and warmer temperatures have us very excited for all the springtime flavors and events; like this seated dinner we put together for a client who specifically asked for a blueberry specialty dessert. And thus, our newly customized Blueberry Mousse Cake came to be! Trust us, it tastes just as good as it looks.

We were out-of-our-minds THRILLED to participate in the Dream Lab Showcase at the Exploratorium a few Mondays ago, where we got to strut our stuff alongside so many other amazingly talented industry partners. Knowing the theme was “Funhouse,” we tried to light up the night with spinning food displays, rainbow pasta, glowing mushrooms, and even a savory neon donut wall. We so appreciate each one of you who came out and enjoyed a disco ball and danced atop our illuminated dance floor with us. Cheers to the next one!

We are so incredibly elated and excited that the ever talented Dontaye Ball of Gumbo Social (and forever GGC family member) is taking his beloved gumbo pop-up and opening his first Bay View location!

The permanent location plans to feature a “build your own gumbo” menu in addition to vegan, smoked turkey, and the traditional sausage bowl. Five different po’ boys, Ball’s California greens, and a slew of other vegan options that the entrepreneur trialed at the farmer’s market will also be on deck.

We cannot wait for the doors to open, we will 100% be the first in line! Congrats Dontaye, a.k.a. Mr. Gumbo!!!

Friday, June 3rd is National Gun Violence Awareness Day.

We on this day to honor survivors and bring awareness to the 110 lives that are cut short by gun violence every day in America.

It is becoming clear that action that results in effective gun control policies in our country will not happen unless we all rise up and make it perfectly clear to our elected officials that they need to do what is right to protect our fellow citizens.

Join us in taking your frustration, anger and sorrow and putting it into action by marching in the Annual Gun Violence Awareness Day - Wear Orange Walk across the Golden Gate Bridge this Saturday, June 4.
