👃🏼Here’s how you can regain your smell!

🧠 All of our cranial nerves have neuroplasticity, meaning they can rewire their function when properly stimulated. The olfactory nerve, responsible for our sense of smell, can be re-trained by introducing small dosages of the fragrances listed.

🌿 Dab a drop of essential oil onto a cotton ball and take time to smell it. Direct contact with skin can sometimes cause sensitivity for some, but this is also an option. You can do this few times a day.

💊 One round of antibiotics can impact the gut flora to the point that it can take months to even years for the flora to re-equilibrate.

🦠 Our gut microbiome outnumbers us 10:1! It's more like they’re hosting us.

Unfortunately antibiotic use is rampant, so much so that it’s found in our food and water supplies. The longer term data suggests clear links with mental health and major metabolic disorders, among the others listed.

🧠 There is a strong connection between our gut, immune system, vascular system and the brain. Although antibiotics are necessary in certain circumstances, we need to respect that they're affecting multiple organ systems.

🧬 Some people are genetically predisposed to having a weaker microbiome and thus susceptible to complications. The FUT2 gene helps us understand how much prebiotic you need in your diet in order to have a strong microbiome!

Due to absurd amount of environmental toxin exposure (found in our personal care products, kitchen, cleaning products to name a few), many women's hormonal balance has been skewed to excess estrogen.

Estrogen dominance can lead to:
-weight gain
-irregular menstrual cycles
-PMS
-fatigue
-uterine fibroids
-fibrocystic breast lumps
-low s*x drive
-low mood or anxiety

⬇️ Know this for fasting results

If the goal of your fast is maximum autophagy then anything (beyond water + electrolytes) will break your fast 👎

For daily intermittent fasting when your goal is weight loss, lowering blood sugar and/or improving insulin sensitivity, the above drinks are 👌

A bulletproof coffee with MCT oil (ideally lauric acid) might be okay, too, as they do not stimulate blood sugar or insulin.

Anything with carbs or protein will technically break your fast as it will cause a bump in insulin 📈

I’ve had to sit with this one for a while. Personally having experienced health issues (& still dealing with mold), I’ve had to ask myself: what is my body trying to tell me? What are the dark, dusty corners that need more light? Where does it need more love & support?

Dr Sonny has been working on his own parasite detox for the past few months. He recently tested the need to add Burdock Intrinsic to his regimen (by Physica). We use vibrational testing to see what supplements are in resonance with the body and is asking for. The changes in his drainage were profound as you can see from the biofield pics!

Bottom line: we all have layers to heal and we need to understand when is the right time to start protocols. This way we can prevent detox symptoms that many experience.

🙋🏻‍♀️Raise your hand if you have food intolerances.
Or have had testing done with 10-100s intolerances. 😑

These sensitivity tests do not mean you have to avoid the food forever! There is a deeper cause as to why you have all of a sudden developed sensitivities.

🦠In the long term, digging into why the sensitivity was there in the first place: usually parasites, yeast, mold or heavy metals need to be dealt with!

A short term elimination can help eliminate symptoms and drastically reduce inflammation.

🥖A dietary elimination of the most common food allergens can help one parse out what’s what. Consider starting with gluten, dairy, processed sugars. If that doesn’t cut it consider eggs and soy.

THEN start working on the root cause of your food intolerance!

THIS is one of our strongest pieces of advice for optimal well being!

🌅 Most of us can’t get up early enough to watch the sunrise. BUT if you can start integrating this practice into your daily living, you will be amazed at how much your health improves in a short time.

Morning blue light is what wakes you up by raising your cortisol and is activated when blue light hits your pituitary gland. It sets your circadian rhythm for the day.

Sunlight is 42% infrared light. It stimulates collagen, increases bone healing and heals wounds. Not only that, infrared light is proven to be anti-ageing.

🌞 Sungazing can become a form of meditation and ritual. It is a time you can connect with yourself, nature and be still in the moment. You can also multi-task during sungazing, such as grounding (🦶), breathwork (🌬) or oil pulling (🦷)

🕶 If you’re someone who is sensitive to sunlight or wears sunglasses all of the time, it may take some time for you to strengthen this practice. So go slow and do little at a time.

Remember! It has to be done during sunrise and sunset We do NOT recommend to do it at any other time in the day.

We've seen so many individuals with systemic and un-related seeming symptoms that are connected to Candida overgrowth. You will be shocked to learn how common Candida overgrowth is (a form of yeast).

The Candida is kept in check with a balanced gut microbiome. What are some things that cause overgrowth?
😖 chronic stress (causes leaky gut, impairs immune system)
💊 medications, such as antibiotics that imbalance the flora or oral contraceptives
🍻 consuming excess fermented food, refined carbs/sugar or high alcohol intake, which feed the Candida

If you're someone who has been suffering with the listed symptoms and can't get to the bottom of it, consider Candida overgrowth high on your suspect list.

I’ve been off social media for a good 9 days now. I sensed that I needed this time to balance myself & knew electronics was not the answer.

We’ve stopped focusing on trying to get X amount of posts out to get X amount of followers. Our life is much more fluid and dynamic than numbers. And we need to adjust ourselves accordingly moment by moment.

I’ve been working on healing old mold patterns. Healing takes all layers of ourselves - part of it is mental & emotional (some would argue these are the deepest layers that need healing). Being able to heal the emotional layers takes much more focus.

I can now easily disconnect myself with the phone. Because I sense immediate energetic shifts when I do. I’m better able to focus on what I need to do to balance myself/become present and feel drawn to those things- meditation, breathing, reading, listening to spiritual music, being with nature (& Sonny🌞). And the more I take time for these medicines, the more I find connection with myself.

If you catch yourself constantly reaching for your phone (or anything really), ask yourself: “why?” Does it come from a space of joy? Or do you feel anxious, restless, can’t be still with yourself? Is it providing you more energy or draining your battery?

When we set intentions in our daily way of being, we find better connection with ourselves & existence. Reflect on this for yourself. This is integral to our way of being. ♥️
