Chef Gianni Audieri 1937-2023

We lost our beloved Chief this past June. He was indeed the heart and soul of Fior d’Italia. Although he is gone, Chef Gianni lives on through the food we serve, our staff who are family, and the atmosphere of a bustling dining room, which is his spirit.

We thank everyone for sharing their heartfelt thoughts, prayers, and condolences.

As always, we are open everyday of the year.
