Meet Lilian Navarro, our Regional Director of Customer Success (LatAm). Lili has been with ChangeEngine for over 2 years, a time in which she's been instrumental in fostering a positive work atmosphere and growth for herself, her team, and the company.

At ChangeEngine, she finds this emphasis aligns with our goal to help all HR and People teams build respectful relationships across diverse cultures.

💝Growing up, Pearl grappled with her heritage (this was before Korea was internationally “cool” – i.e. before Kpop, Kdramas, Korean Cinema, Kbeauty/skin care). But today, she embraces both Korean and American identities, mirroring ChangeEngine's celebration of inclusivity.

🤝She says: “Through ChangeEngine, I'm able to address and learn about diverse holidays such as Lunar New Year (or Seollal in Korea), Holi, Día de los Mu***os, and Ramadan. Representation matters, and our ability to connect with and understand each other helps create a sense of belonging.”
