Drop-In Sports begin on Monday, June 17th! You do not need a team to participate- join us for badminton, volleyball, and pickleball! Participants are encouraged to bring their own equipment, but we will have limited equipment available for rent at no additional cost.

Drop-In Sports will be cancelled on Wednesday, June 19th and Thursday, July 4th due to facility closures.

~ New Yoga Instructor ~

“Hi, my name is Hannah Davis. I am a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance and have been committed to personal practice for the past six years. I completed a 200hr hatha/vinyasa yoga teacher training in Bali, Indonesia with Yoga East + West in the summer of 2023. I committed to a mindset and lifestyle of continual growth and am honored to be able to pass down the knowledge of this ancient practice with respect and integrity. Acknowledging, understanding, and honoring the origin of yoga, the traditional philosophies of the practice, the power of breath work, and the correct alignment of healing postures are essential in my teaching practice. I am grateful to be able to to share the wisdom of yoga and help other connections to their breath, bodies, and essence”

Hannah will be teaching Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga every other Saturday for the remainder of the spring (class will meet on 4/13, 4/27, 5/11). Her class will take place in the combatives room.
