Welcome aboard! Join us at Treasure Island Wines to celebrate the Winter Solstice with fine wine-food pairings, live music and new releases on Saturday 16th December 2023 from 1:00pm to 4:00pm. Just in time for some winter feasting, the winemakers Jim Mirowski and Dennis Hayes will be featuring some new releases.

We'll also be pouring a variety of wines to complement our menu of select Gourmet Grilled Cheese Sandwiches and Tomato soup shooters from American Grilled Cheese Kitchen. Sandwiches selection include:
- Mousetrap: Tillamook cheddar, creamy havarti, Monterey jack on local sourdough
- Cubano: Monterey jack, jarlsberg, cocoa rubbed pulled pork, cured ham, stone ground mustard, bread n'butter pickles, pickled red onions, chipotle butter on country whole grain

Each year, winemakers welcome veraison, the “ripening” before harvest. As our grapes mature and plump out, sugar rises, acid retreats, and August delivers a carousel of photo-ops – the multi-colored clusters that cue harvest time.

We'll be pouring new and aged wines to pair with the elegant jazz of the Jason Gillenwater quartet and savory dishes from K***r, the gourmet Bulgarian food truck. Fine Food: Bulgarian Street Style

What better way to honor Veraison than by featuring savory cuisine from the K***r Bulgarian food truck. We'll serve Jivka and Geny's very best:

- Fisherman's stew - Local Black/Rock Cod & Shrimp, with Chickpeas and signature Mastica Sauce

Benefit for Prosthetics for Ukrainians, Saturday Apr 22nd, 1-4pm

Join us as we honor the Ukrainian soldier and civilian amputees here in the Bay Area getting fitted for prosthetics - and the organization that makes it happen. The benefit is for Prosthetics for Ukrainians, a nonprofit Protez Foundation initiative.

Umbriaso and Treasure Island Wines are hosting a fundraising event to expand those resources and multiply those miracles. We invite you to come out for a special event at our winery on Treasure Island: an afternoon of music, food, and wine and a chance to meet some of these renewed heroes and the amazing miracle workers of Prosthetics for Ukrainians who make it happen.

A substantial portion of the admission will be donated to Prosthetics for Ukrainians by Umbriaso and Treasure Island Wines.
