Giving the Raw Engineering team a whole new meaning for the phrase “Hang in There”, Ron Oppenheimer joined us today for our Share your Story series to discuss his extraordinary path to become a Circus Artist specializing in Chinese Pole and Corde Lisse. We discussed the importance of mental and physical resilience and how critical the ability to adapt is to success.

As part of the Bit-wise Initiative, a program dedicated to enhancing learning and engagement of college students near our Mumbai office, Raw Engineering in collaboration with its parent company, Surfboard Ventures, conducted the second in a series of distance learning sessions on JavaScript: "Getting Started with JavaScript," taught by Raw Engineering's own Clive Machado.

Lockdown has put the world on hold, but it shouldn’t put a hold on our learning!

Raw Engineering, in collaboration with its parent company, Surfboard Ventures, conducted three distance learning sessions for college students across India on the subject, ‘Why Is JavaScript So Popular’.

It was great to see the students participate with so much zeal and energy.

We plan to conduct more sessions and events in the coming weeks. Stay Tuned!

We are proud that Raw Engineering’s founders, Neha Sampat and Nishant Patel, are working with the Vishnu Waman Thakur Charitable Trust to provide COVID-19 relief in Vasai-Virar - our local community in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

Their goal is to raise 1 Crore (approximately $140,000 USD) in the coming weeks, including a $70,000 match from Neha and Nishant. The Vishnu Waman Thakur Charitable Trust is actively feeding 1.5 million people today, and has committed to providing PPE and additional facilities to care for COVID-19 patients. Every rupee will go to a good cause and support COVID-19 relief in the Vasai-Virar area. Please help and generously contribute what you can.
