For our client who is purpose-driven and people first, we recommended building and curating a Photo + Video Content Library as a part of their rebrand. Highlighting real people who knowledgeably and positively impact the business on the daily – in place of the basic, baseline, ubiquitous, stale stock photography – authentically shows the human side of HQ and puts their photography where their philosophy is. It also stacks them with content for a myriad of needs and social posts to come.

Summer 2019: MKMCreative discovers, vets and collaborates with micro-influencer, on behalf of a plant-based food company client. At the time, followers = 43.5K. The partnership was as magic as Joanne and her culinary creations✨
Fast forward → 2021, TKV publishes an eponymous cookbook that is an instant New York Times Bestseller and is named one of the best new cookbooks of the year.
Summer 2022 → Joanne wins the James Beard award, announces such to 661K followers and still cooks with and endorses the product she ‘influenced’ because it is authentic to her, her dietary preferences and is as yummy as it is delicious🌱 🌱 🌱

All types of marketing should be in the mix. The more the better. It’s the dependency on only. one. kind. that is a cautionary tale.
I frequently check in with the team on how they are doing. What we do is mentally, physically and emotionally exhausting. We're here for it. We're equally here for the ✨whole person perspective,✨ as opposed to punch in, do your job, be happy you have it and keep it moving with a smile -- fake or not -- permanently positioned on your face.
Lately, have you asked or been asked what would improve happiness-on-the-job? As a person?
Update, upgrade, refresh, overhaul. What's a brand to do? Branding is not evergreen. Brand building is. Same as anything else, brands need to be consistently upleveled, maintained or overhauled.
