Kellogg & Van Aken LLP has secured a global settlement with USC and former USC men’s health physician Dennis Kelly on behalf of 80 former patients who allege they were discriminated against and sexually abused during men’s health examinations while they were students at USC. Kellogg & Van Aken served as plaintiffs’ liaison counsel and represented the largest number of claimants (57). USC settles lawsuits with 80 men who say a former school doctor sexually abused them Attorneys for the alleged victims say the cases date back to as early as 1997, with the latest occurring in 2018. The terms of the settlement were not disclosed.
