Welcome in! Happy to post some interiors shots of my Moingona, Iowa project. Good vibes for this weekender. This is the main floor, kitchen, dining and living space.

How is it June? One thing about being busy is time flies by too fast! Time to s l o w down. Here's some stuff that happened along the way. Happy summer!
My Iowa project is finished! 3.5 years later! Happy about it and exhausted! Design fatigue is real!

Moingona project popping off! FINALLY seeing the end of this project, well on the inside anyways! Basement bath nearly complete, Terrazzo in, electrical on going! Here's a sneak peek.

Walnut flooring installed in DSM project. Looking forward to the kitchen and some tile on the fireplace.

More Moingona project... had the pleasure to meet an architect that worked with the Design Collective that built this house. He shared some original pics! So amazing! I was able to alter the deck design based on these pics. Making some alterations that coexist with changes to the structure over the years. Some interiors and exterior - before BEFORE and current.

Summer came and went SO fast! Project photo dump in full effect!
Moingona project is on going! Basement almost complete and starting the exterior.

Last up, my sweet Hotel Mithila in downtown SF. She will get a little refresh inside the rooms and hallways.

Next up, Graton, CA. Cozy defined and could stay here for a month.

Visiting clients in and around the Bay, California. First up, SF apartment with a swanky, punkish vibe. Heart this so much.

Beautiful Alameda Bathroom remodel. Ann Sacks tile throughout. Brizo faucets and Toto Washlet toilet. My pretty :)

Some quick snaps from a client in Graton. Such a fun collaborative project. Consulted with all the interior finishes as well and soft goods. All the feels.

Appliances arrived and installed at Iowa project also! It's the final details that pull it together. Boos chopping blocks installed to solve the low counter problem; I wanted to use as much of the original cabinetry that I could. Client wanted the three different woods offered :).

Moving into the basement level of Iowa project. Going with Heath throughout to keep with the specific feel of the era in which the home was built. Getting lucky with the seconds garage as we have time constraints. Bathroom tile chosen and layout confirmed. Terrazzo tile arrived for the rest of the floors. Excited!

Posting this beautiful stair rail that I spearheaded for a California client. Thanks to Modern Metal Designs and and , we all LOVE it!

Lil update to my Iowa project. Backsplash and counters are in, sink and faucet too. Appliances getting delivered soon! This will be my first large project and hope to highlight it for my DSM satellite design business.

Re-curated some art at my Pt. Richmond client's home yesterday. Such a nice collection of art in a beautiful minimal space. Good feels and looks fresh and updated. If you need guidance on ART reach out!

Stopped by an older project the other day in El Cerrito. Landscaping complete and really finished off the exterior. Good visit.

Finally some fluff. Transform your space, you deserve it!

Some after pics for my personal project. Eliminated the popcorn ceilings throughout. Removed weird chair rail and painted. Gutted the, "male closet" in the office and reconfigured the two other closets creating a usable hall linen closet and a walk in bedroom closet. Still contemplating window treatments as it's real nice having nothing. Replaced all lighting, some awaiting install still. Voila!

Working on a personal project I'd like to share. Here are some before shots to be followed by some current/after shots. The easiest place to start on any project is to peel away the mistakes and add some of your own aesthetic. Sometimes easier said than done but, the result is your reward. Note the popcorn ceilings throughout.

Renovated powder room in historical Alameda home. I am always preaching cohesion through design. We matched the wainscotting from the upper floors, had a master finish carpenter mill it in his shop, for the win! Farrow and Ball wallpaper and paint never disappoints. &ball
