Harnessing the Power Within: How Manifestation Aligns with Psychology
Have you ever heard of manifestation? ✨ This intriguing concept, often described as bringing desires into reality through focused intention, has deep connections to the fascinating world of psychology.
Imagine this: you set a goal, truly believe in achieving it, and subconsciously take actions that move you closer. This isn't magic; it's psychology in action!
Here's how manifestation intersects with key psychological principles:
Thoughts Shape Reality: Psychology confirms the power of our thoughts. When we hold positive beliefs about ourselves and our goals, we're more likely to experience increased motivation, self-efficacy (confidence in our abilities), and resilience – all crucial ingredients for success.
The Placebo Effect: Remember the sugar pill that sometimes relieves pain? The placebo effect demonstrates the profound impact of belief on our well-being. Similarly, strong faith in a positive outcome can influence our minds and bodies to make it happen, even without external intervention.
Positive Thinking Matters: When you truly believe in a positive outcome, it can influence your actions in surprisingly powerful ways. This is supported by research showing how expectations can shape both personal achievements and social interactions. Optimism becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy!
Remember, manifestation isn't a magic bullet. Planning and taking action are still essential. Imagine a runner solely focusing on winning without training – that's not a recipe for success!
For optimal results, consider a balanced approach: cultivate the motivational aspects of manifestation while incorporating practical strategies like goal setting, planning, and problem-solving.
Ready to try manifestation? ✨ Share your experiences and thoughts in the comments below! Let's build a supportive community.

With school soon starting back up for the year, and keeping up with continuing education, renewing licenses, certifications, etc. we know how overwhelming it can be. Social life, school work, extracurricular activities, among other activities can increase stress and anxiety levels. Here are a few ways to control your stress and anxiety during the school year:
Take a step back:
Try to give your mind a break from school work and do calming activities like drawing, going for a walk, or just going outside for fresh air.
Breathe:
Slow, deep breaths help your body and mind feel calm and more at ease. Doing breathing exercises after a long day of school work is very beneficial.
Create a Routine:
Having a routine from the start of the year will help stop yourself from overwhelming your mind. Having certain times of your day to do school work can help you focus on one thing at a time.
Stay Organized:
Keeping all your important information together and organized can reduce the anxiety and stress of losing important schoolwork.
Remember, it is always okay to take breaks throughout the school year. Never overwhelm yourself from the work and activities you endure.
10 Tips from Sad to Happy
1. Acceptance: Be open and accept what you might be going through. Don’t forget to love yourself and be understanding of yourself.
2. Exercise: Do a home workout, take a walk, go for a run, or if you can go to the gym!
3. Live in the Moment: Think about the tasks you need to get done today and take them one step at a time.
4. Set Simple Goals: Instead of creating large goals for yourself that may be overwhelming, divide those tasks into smaller, more simple tasks.
5. Acknowledge Your Accomplishments: After you’ve completed a task think about how you can healthily celebrate yourself!
6. Create a Routine: By creating a routine you can create small habits that could turn into second nature. This routine should be specific to you, your needs, and your lifestyle. You can create a routine either mentally, on your phone, or write it down on a piece of paper or in a journal.
7. Do Things You Love Doing: This could be a hobby like baking or cooking, doing a puzzle or going to the gym, etc.
8. Listen to Music: Listen to music you enjoy or if you play an instrument, play your favorite kind of music to improve your mood.
9. Spend Time Outside: Some ways to do this could be taking a walk, going to a local park, or even going on a hike.
10. Eat Healthy Foods: Try to avoid foods with excessive sugars and foods that are overly processed even if they might make you feel good at the moment.
