Job Description

We are a growing commercial real estate firm specializing in the brokerage, leasing and management of multi-tenant, retail, office and industrial buildings throughout Northern California. Our local offices are located in Downtown San Jose in the WeWork Offices. We are currently expanding throughout Northern California and have an immediate need for an Entry Level Junior Commercial Real Estate Agent to directly assist the Managing Broker for the Bay Area. The need is full-time with minimal need for nights or weekends.

General Responsibilities will include:

-Researching of potential sites for Owner and Tenant clients
-Researching of municipal zoning requirements
-Database Management
-Scheduling and Follow-up of action items
-Create and monitor online property database searches
-Communications with Clients, Staff, Brokers and Vendors
-Drafting of Marketing materials, Letters of Intent, Leases and --Purchase Agreements
-Prospecting for new listings For Sale or For Lease
-Other general agency duties, as needed

Required Experience and Skills:

-2+ years in a professional office setting
-Superior knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
-Basic computer skills
-Fundamental communication and social skills

Candidates with additional knowledge of the following will be considered first:

-Knowledge of Salesforce, Google Apps for Business, Asana, Loopnet, and Costar software
-Knowledge of commercial real estate leases, purchase agreements and sales process
-California Bureau of Real Estate Sales License
-Sales or Sales Support experience
-Marketing experience

This is a full-time position with an opportunity to learn the Commercial Real Estate business, where most successful Agents earn $250,000 or more. You will be trained for the opportunity to become an agent in the future. You must be self-motivated, have great attention to detail, show a commitment to outstanding work and have the ability to work without daily supervision. You must work well with team members, clients, tenants and vendors, have great communication, follow-up, problem solving skills, and complete tasks understanding that your immediate supervisor will need to travel many times during the week.
