The easiest way to eat a nourishing diet is to aim for half your plate in fresh vegetables. And one of the easiest ways to do that is to add a salad to your meal. There’s SO many things you can put in a salad.. Here apricots and blue cheese jazz up my side salad 🤗🥗

Corndogs are often seen as “junk food”, but this is a great example of the importance of quality and quantity.
