Healing My Inner Child: A Path to Self-Compassion and Growth.

After looking at my childhood photo, I realized it was the only one I had of myself as a child, around 1-2 years old. I could see in the eyes of that baby girl a bravery and determination that moved me.

I closed my eyes, visualized her, and tried to connect with her. I called her name—a nickname that hadn't been spoken in 40 years since my father passed away. I saw myself as a shy and scared girl, one hand hidden behind her back, standing far away from me.

As I called her to come closer, she stood still, looking at me, but not moving, even backing up a step or two. I wanted to love her, to hug her, but she seemed unsure, hesitant to come closer, still watching me from afar.

Through her eyes, I saw an innocent baby girl, distant and uncertain, wondering who I was and why I was calling her. She didn’t know me, didn’t trust me. At that moment, I suddenly recognized how much pressure and criticism I had placed on her, pushing her to grow up too fast.

I was sold to another family as a baby, and as I grew up, I was consumed by the fear of not being good enough, of not being wanted or loved. I had never given this girl my love; I only pushed her to prove her worth, to do more, to be stronger even though she was scared.

Recognizing this now, as I look at her, tears fill my eyes. I feel so sorry for her, and my heart fills with love and compassion. I walk towards her, embrace her tightly in my arms, and keep repeating, "I love you! I love you! I won’t criticize or push you anymore—only love and nurture you."

When I open my eyes and look at myself in the mirror, I feel a deep relief and gratitude for who I am today.

As I grow older and wiser, now as a transformational healing coach, I care for myself with gentle love and compassion, recognizing the importance of nurturing my inner self. This self-care not only strengthens my own spirit but also fuels my passion for helping others. I am dedicated to guiding people on their journeys, empowering them to live with more joy, love, and fulfillment.

This is who I am—a woman with a heart full and warm with love, committed to spreading that love to others so they, too, can find peace and happiness in their lives. ❤️

Managing Panic Attacks Effectively.

I was struggling with high anxiety and panic attacks 7 years ago as a hyper-achiever. As a transformational healing coach today, I've walked the path many of you are on. I know firsthand how overwhelming a panic attack can be. When high anxiety and panic set in, it can feel impossible to calm down, let alone focus on your breathing. But over the years, I've developed and refined a powerful technique to help you manage these moments effectively.

Instead of trying to dive straight into calming your breath, start with those 5 simple physical activities that ground you in the present:

1. Touch your hands and feel each of your fingers touch each other.

2. Gently move your fingers across your face, becoming aware of the sensations.

3. Look around and focus on distant objects, noticing their color, shape, and imagining their temperature.

4. Listen to sounds far away, then gradually shift your attention to closer sounds, including your breath.

5. Relax for a few minutes, allowing your body to settle into a calm state.

These small actions help bring your mind and body back to the present moment, allowing your nervous system to start calming down naturally.

Once you feel a bit more grounded, that's when you can move into breathing exercises and meditation. This progression from physical grounding to mindful breathing helps you manage high anxiety and panic more effectively, turning overwhelming moments into opportunities for deep relaxation and healing.

✨ What an incredible first day of Vibrational Healing training with my beautiful student, Mi Too. We spent a transformative 3 hours diving deep into the world of vibrational energy and healing.

Internal Guilt and External Guilt refer to the sources or triggers of the guilt feelings:

Internal Guilt

Definition: Guilt that originates from within an individual, based on their own beliefs, values, and personal standards.

Examples:
I was feeling guilty for not meeting personal expectations or goals.
Regret over actions that go against one's moral or ethical code.
Impact: Often involves self-reflection and can lead to personal growth if appropriately addressed. However, it can also cause negative emotions like shame and self-doubt.

External Guilt
Definition: Guilt that arises due to external pressures, expectations, or judgments from others.

Examples:
Feeling guilty because someone else blames you for something.
Guilt induced by societal or cultural standards (e.g., not fulfilling expected social roles).

Impact: This can influence behavior to align with external expectations and might cause stress, anxiety, and a sense of inadequacy if the external standards are unrealistic or overly demanding.

Both internal and external guilt can significantly affect an individual's mental health and behavior, and understanding the source of guilt can help in effectively managing and addressing it.

Discover Self-Love and Healing

Have you found yourself becoming impatient and easily irritated? This might be a sign that you need to pay attention to your needs. Often, these feelings stem from an unmet internal need, such as a lack of appreciation or self-criticism.

When irritation and impatience deepen into anger, take a moment to dig deeper. You may find that this anger originates from a need for more appreciation and love. At the core, this love is self-love. Connecting with this deep-seated love for yourself brings gratitude, joy, and confidence.

With this inner fulfillment, you no longer seek external validation. It’s all within you. I have guided my clients through the layers of self-love and emotions, teaching them to care for themselves emotionally, physically, mentally, and spiritually.

By connecting with your true spirit, you can see who you really are and live the life you’ve dreamed of—confident, empowered, and joyful. As you cultivate this positive energy, it radiates outward, positively influencing those around you.

My transformation involved growing through learning and practice, applying everything I learned to enhance my physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being.

For mental growth, I read self-help books, talk with mentors, and spend time with supportive people.

Eating healthy is crucial for balancing stress; proper nutrition helps the body manage stress better. Physical activities like working out and hiking strengthen and balance the body.

Meditation is key to emotional fitness. It helps me observe without reacting emotionally, allowing for self-reflection and emotional shifts.

Spiritually, I spend a lot of time studying holistic healing and teaching energy movement for the body-mind connection. I also meditate and travel to Tibet, India, for meditation retreats and with spiritual leaders, which further uplifts my spirit. Even through simple activities like gardening. This connection with nature uplifts my spirit. Additionally,

Balancing mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects leads to a shift from self-doubt to self-empowerment and inspires a more joyful life.
