Open to all incoming 9th-graders, students will gain knowledge about our PSJA Early College Program as well as TSIA test preparation strategies in reading, writing, and math.

Teachers will also be available to provide academic and social support to students so they can feel confident in their transition to high school.

PSJA Early College High School Senior Samantha Pena was among 30 students selected from the Rio Grande Valley to attend The University of Incarnate Word School of Pharmacy PharmCamp. Sponsored by CVS Health, the Pharmacy camp was held in San Antonio, Texas, from July 8th to 11th. Students explored the field of pharmacy and various career paths within the field. They also visited local pharmacies, networked with health care professionals, and had the opportunity to work alongside their instructors in a lab on hands-on pharmacy experiments throughout the week. Congratulations, Samantha!

This is a fantastic opportunity for you to learn more about earning college credits while still in high school and to receive support in preparing for the TSI exam.
