Emma…. A gem of a human. Her number one goal with glam was “completely natural makeup”. She doesn’t wear any on a day to day… but she still looks glamorous. It’s important to look like yourself and unless you are comfortable wearing makeup, sometimes a true natural application is key. Her hair she wanted “ a tighter bun with texture and a little hair coming out to look effortless”. I’d say we nailed it. Congrats Emma. It was an absolute pleasure being your glam squad

Extensions always help this look as it definitely takes away some length but it isn’t necessary.

When she came to me and told me she wanted to cut off all her hair into a pixie I was extremely nervous.

As an artist I always try to convince people not to cut their hair lol just because you usually regret it or it isn’t what you thought it would be…

Becca was determined and convinced me otherwise… Not only did she challenge me as an artist But forever change my thoughts on attachment to hair…

She’s a true bad ass …. She owns her own firm… has two boys in college …. Always builds up women … always … and is one tough MOTHER. Literally.

I met her about 5 years ago by chance. I had the pleasure of doing her hair and makeup for a shoot and we hit it off immediately. She needed a new hairstylist and I was so excited to take her on as a client.

Fast forward to now and we have transformed her hair a few times …. She’s a natural red head so the warm tones look amazing on her ….

In this pic we went a little more nuetral base with lowlights and highlights …. For her makeup we did a sultry eye with bronze complexion. I styled her hair with a one inch curling iron leaving out her ends for a straight textured look.

Our original game plan was to do her hair up in a sexy ponytail … but the more hair I added and curled. The more I wanted to keep it down.. and she agreed!

In front of the camera her hair looks amazing and perfect but it didn’t go down without a fight…. Her extensions were 3 shades lighter than her real hair and about 12 inches longer….

PLACEMENT is key! And so is texture !!!

For her makeup… we wanted to March the vibe of the wedding details but also honor her natural beauty …. She is stunning.

I did a soft romantic eye with golden hues, a matte lid with a warm bronzed glow all over!

I used my own custom longwear lipstick that I created for my friend Tiffany. It’s now made it’s way into my bridal collection which is literally one of my favorite colors! Name to be determined.

She showed me her dress and I immediately knew I wanted to give her a natural glow all over. Golden shadow with a smudged liner, a soft pink cheek and lip. This is one of my FAVORITE looks to do.. Glow contour with light to medium coverage. My Longwear lipstick in “love is patient” with “I Thee wed” pink lipgloss.
