Mother – Womb – Child – Ancestor - Incubation – Self Love – Power Within

Connect with your Divine Feminine and discover your power within and the healing place of your sacred womb to hold and be held by the sacred trinity of Self, Inner Child and Great Mother. This is a perfect workshop before Thanksgiving as we prepare to engage with family and live out the role Woman plays in this holiday.
In this workshop we will work with the imagery of the matryoshka doll to connect to the feminine ancestry, the mystical lineage that has made space for who you have become today. You will be led through a healing experience of holding and being held. As adults and even as children we may not have had a safe place or a connection to safety. Even now, our inner child needs to be nurtured as does our adult self. It’s time to step into all the power the women before you may not have been able to do.

We will do a powerful imagery to open the arms of love that want to embrace and carry you and we will complete the evening with an art process to paint your very own matryoshka doll which you can take home.

Happy Solstice Everyone: Am sharing an offering prayer as a holiday gift to you.

Offering Prayer:
Divine, Mother, Father, God, Universal Source (however you address it!)
Please Help me to see that everything is as it should be.
Help me to let go and be at peace as a willing participant to the highest outcome of how things need to be.
I pray for the ability to get out of my own way and to be in alignment with you.
May I be in a state of allowance and coordination with the highest good, whatever that is.
Help me to let go of my own limited desires and wishes to open for the greater good of the unlimited universal possibilities.
May I be an open conduit for your goodness and love.
And with every breath, breathe in gratitude and offer back out well being for the greatest good for all.
Knowing I and each one of us, play an important part in contributing to the ease, grace and harmonic flow of life.
