These are Barbara Foster’s ideas for the Waffle Flower die using the 49 and Market rub-ons. Note how she used metallic gold acrylic paint and sprayed some water on it and used an old toothbrush to splatter on the purple leaf card. A few PinkFresh gems also go a long way. The last 4 cards were done with the new collection called Summer Porch.

Hello Everyone!!! I am not sure where the post went about our next crops so I wanted to put them out there again!! We hold our crops at an old school building right here off of Columbus Ave. about a mile from our store so it is super convenient. The hours are Friday 10a-11p, Saturday 9a-11p, and Sunday 9a-5p. We do 3 mini make and take card classes and you get a scrapbook page layout. There are also lots of prizes drawn throughout the weekend. The fees are
1 day $35
2 days $60
3 days $70
The dates are as follows:

I wear a 2x and I bought a couple of 3 x’s. They were way too big, but after I dried them they fit perfect and they are so so soft. We have 1 Large ice blue (light blue), a 3x pink, and a large, XL and 3XL teal. They are all $20.

We have lots of Precision Glue Presses in stock right now. I finally have one for myself and it is so nice to be able to keep the lid off of the little needle and just stick it in the base the entire time you are working. Plus just lightly squeezing the gun handle is nothing with arthritic fingers. You also get 2 Nuvo bottles (one is full and one is empty in case you want to put a different glue in it). You also get 2 different size needle tips. The price is $36, but it is worth every bit!!! Comment below if you would like one. I ordered 3 dozen, but I had to wait almost 2 1/2 months for them to come back in stock. They are crazy popular!!!💜

Court went as good as could have been expected yesterday for Gretch. I have the utmost respect for Judge Tone and Gretchen’s Prosecutor who worked hard on this along with Detective Rotuno of the Perkins Police Department. The Judge gave Bates the maximum sentence that the state of Ohio would allow him to give which was 5 years. This Father’s Day Bates will have served 2 years in the Erie County Jail since they were able to hold him and give him a $50,000 bond since he violated his parole when he was under the influence and driving without a license when he killed Gretchie. He also has lost his license to drive for the rest of his life. Yesterday he was also charged with a domestic violence charge that incurred with his girlfriend around the same time. It was dropped down from a Felony 3 to a Felony 4 with a maximum charge of 1 1/2 years which he also received. So…he will now be going to prison for 4 1/2 years. He will be on parole when he gets out for 1-3 years and if he were to offend with a felony the Judge said he would send him back to prison for half of his full charge. He seems to almost always reoffend doing something, I just hope he never hurts another person or family like he has hurt our’s.
Thank you for all of the prayers and for thinking of me during all of these 4 long years. I know I will never be the same and still have many hurdles and struggles ahead, but I feel like I can make it with the love and support from you all. I plan to come back to work June 18, and I will be there on a full time basis through shop hop and then starting in August John and I might work out a schedule where we are both there some days, take turns on some days, and work half days some so the days don’t seem so long. We will figure things out, but soon you will be seeing Maggie and myself much more.
I have an iron infusion tomorrow afternoon and then I am planning on doing a Live directly
after. If something changes I will let you know.

Our store will be closed this Wednesday June 5 from 12:45 - 2:45. We finally have the sentencing for Gretchen’s killer at the Erie County Courthouse downtown on Columbus Ave. Anyone is welcome to come. I could use as much support as I can get as this will be real tough. This will only be the third time I have had to look at him. The first time he was by the post office and took his fingers twice and shot me twice before they locked him up. I will be reading a powerful impact statement to him. The time is 1:30p and you would take the elevator up to the 3rd floor and turn left and come right into the courtroom. I will be there early. Leave your cell phone in your car.
