**Strive Spotlight: Edin’s Inspiring Journey**

We’re honored to shine this week’s Strive Spotlight on Edin, a remarkable customer who is gearing up for one of the most challenging endurance races in the world: the Patagonman. 🌎

When Edin first learned about Patagonman, he was drawn to its breathtaking course in Patagonia. But the race’s extreme conditions and daunting challenges gave him pause. Yet, instead of backing down, Edin faced his fears head-on, deciding to apply and push his limits. The result? Out of over 6,000 applicants, he was one of just 300 selected to compete in this incredible event!

Edin’s preparation goes beyond physical training. He’s embraced the mental journey, practicing self-talk, visualization, and gratitude to fuel his determination. His go-to fuel from Strive? Our Almond Oat Bars, Banana/Blueberry Cookies, and Apple Crumbles. They’re his trusted companions on those long training days, providing the whole-food nutrition he needs to power through.

Every Monday afternoon for the past 10 years I head to Dekalb Farmers Market to stock up on a week’s supply of the freshest organic produce, grains, beans and whatever else looks yummy! What started as preparing food for a few Moms during a 21-day cleanse I organized at my kids pre-school in order to meet people and do something that i’d always wanted to try evolved into a weekly pick-up of prepared plant based & gluten free meals and desserts out of my garage for over seven years. We then moved to a 600 square-foot space for a year and a half, and now we’re thriving in our almost 4000 square-foot space, complete with dine-in and cooking classes😍Each year, we’ve been growing our Strive tribe community and sharing our plant-based foods throughout Atlanta. In 2023, we broke $1 million in sales. While it might not seem big to some, for us, it’s a milestone worth celebrating. Every day is packed and full of gratitude. Thank you to our wonderful community—we’re so grateful for you! 🌱✨
