We're finishing out March's Women's Month with some more fun facts about Jackie and Bishoku....

🎉 Jackie's family first moved to Oak Ridge TN before arriving in the ATL restaurant scene. In Atlanta, they opened and built the well known and loved, Sushi Huku, located off Powers Ferry Landing. Jackie worked along side her parents while attending college and working her way up the hospitality ladder.

🎉 Noriko was a server at Sushi Huku too! She was the only person Jackie trusted to help her open Bishoku and has been there since the doors opened.

🎉 Jackie's parents did NOT help her open Bishoku. She opened once they were back in Japan and made sure that Bishoku was her vision and her story! Although, she loves seeing customers that turned into family friends from Sushi Huku.

🎉 Bishoku is known to provide the sushi buffet bars at luxury hotels such as Ritz Carlton, St Regis, Four Seasons, Intercontinental and The Whitney for their holiday brunches and events

🎉 Jackie calls Sandy Springs home along with her husband, Fred, who you'll often see on water service during the weekends.

From jewelry to linens, speciality foods to shoes ~ every single item in the store is picked by Jackie and has a story which will make you love it too!

🎉 Have a date on your calendar and want to get pampered beforehand, visit Jackie's salon Parkside Parlor BlowOut Located in the same shopping center as Bishoku. The team of stylist can do it all- from women's cuts, colors and blowouts to mens haircuts AND newly introduced Laser Lipo

🎉 She's an animal lover! She just adopted a new German Shepard puppy to go along with Dolly and Jillian (her pups) and her kitty; but, don't be surprised if you see her crawling out of the woods trying to lure or capture lost or scared dogs or feral kitties at all hours of the night

🎉 Jackie LOVES bows! You read that correctly- come fall everyone around her is making bows so that they are everywhere for Christmas! Now that she has The Maison she sells there and at holiday bizarres too along with her wreaths.

🎉She makes jewelry in her spare time. A lot of what you see her wearing she made herself - from earrings to necklaces her pieces are one of a kind!

🎉 She swears that she sleeps we just aren't sure when....after she hits her 18,000 steps a day!
