Humans with "anti-social personality disorder" (sociopathy/psychopathy) justify their immoral behaviors by thinking it was your fault for being dumb enough to fall for the charade (pronounced 'sher-rod'). And then, in their own perceived benevolence, will double down and say that you should thank them because someone else would have taken advantage of the situation more than they did.

In 3 short years, humans will look back on the rapid rise of the 'alleged' diagnosed adult autism and all of the social media creators will be sent to a jail that's managed and run by actual humans on the spectrum. The "creators" will then go through severe attention withdrawal (because autistic people don't pay attention to nonsense).
