Last week, Dr. John Tweeddale spoke with students during our first coffee chat of the year. These and other RBC events offer students additional opportunities to hear from faculty members and guest speakers about subjects related to their studies and the Christian life.

We take church seriously at RBC—all students are required to be active in a local congregation. Earlier this week, we invited local pastors and church leaders to come on campus to help our new students get connected to a church as they settle into the new semester.

Our 2024 convocation ceremony will be held Friday, September 6, at 7:00pm. Join us online or in person at Saint Andrew’s Chapel as we dedicate a new academic year to the Lord.

With the start of another academic year, we’ve resumed one of our favorite parts of the week: our chapel services. Today, Dr. Stephen Nichols delivered the inaugural chapel message for the fall semester, teaching from Romans 9.

As classes for the fall 2024 semester commence this week, we give thanks to God for the largest student body in RBC’s history. We eagerly look forward to watching the Lord work in the lives of our students this year.

Many of our students have moved into their new home for the fall 2024 semester: our on-campus residence hall. We’re praying for the student body as new friendships are kindled, together with new opportunities to grow through daily discipleship.
